Shipping and showroom pickup
Gold N Diamonds Tampa offers shipping within the United States and showroom pickup when available. Before payment, our team will confirm the selected item’s availability, pickup or shipping arrangements, and applicable charges.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an item or confirm an order. Availability, payment verification, and any agreed custom work must be confirmed before fulfillment.
Shipping charges and delivery arrangements
Shipping charges are confirmed before payment, or displayed during checkout where available. High-value shipments may include insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation, and an adult or direct signature requirement. Our team will confirm the arrangements for your order.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, monitor tracking, and ensure someone is available to sign when required. Inaccurate delivery information may cause delays or additional charges.
Processing and delivery times
Pickup, production, and shipping times depend on the item and order. Our team will confirm the applicable estimate. Custom orders may require additional production time. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Carrier delays, severe weather, security reviews, customs processing, supply interruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will contact you to obtain consent to an appropriate delay or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Payment and security checks
We may request reasonable identification, address verification, or other information before accepting or shipping a high-value order. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed, declined, or cancelled, subject to applicable law.
International requests
International orders may be accepted to approved destinations after confirmation with our team. Customers are responsible for determining whether merchandise may legally be imported and for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, customs-clearance, and other governmental or carrier charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Missing customs information or unpaid charges may delay, hold, or return a shipment. Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel a purchase or create a refund right. Additional storage, customs, return-shipping, or reshipment costs may apply, subject to law.
We may decline an international request when secure, insured, trackable delivery is unavailable or legal, customs, fraud-prevention, or logistical concerns make fulfillment impractical.
Delivery concerns
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its written description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Keep the item and original packaging while we review the concern. This reporting request does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
