Final-sale purchases

All jewelry purchases from Gold N Diamonds Tampa are final sale. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, sizing decisions, or buyer’s remorse. This applies to in-stock jewelry, altered merchandise, special orders, engraved merchandise, and custom jewelry, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Deposits and custom orders

Deposits are non-refundable once payment is received, except where required by law or when we are unable to fulfill the authorized order. A deposit reserves time, craftsmanship, production capacity, design work, and materials, and authorizes us to begin fulfilling the approved order.

Once production, sourcing, alteration, engraving, or other authorized custom work begins, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another project, except where required by law. Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and extend the completion date.

Damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its written description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs and retain the item and all original packaging while we review the concern.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a solution may include inspection, adjustment, repair, correction, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. The 48-hour reporting request does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, impact, improper care, unauthorized work, and changes requested after purchase are not automatically covered without charge. Repair charges may apply; when practical, we will discuss charges before completing paid repair work.

Sell or trade evaluations

You may ask us to evaluate eligible jewelry for a possible cash purchase or trade allowance. This is a separate transaction, not a refund or reversal of the original purchase. Offers are discretionary and depend on factors including authenticity, condition, materials, current markets, and resale demand. You are not obligated to accept an offer.
