GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Address Changes/Interceptions: Once a package is a route, we cannot alter the delivery or reroute it.

Shipping Cost: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. All shipments come with full insurance to ensure that your order is protected in transit.

Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately. However, no additional shipping fees will apply for multiple shipments within the same order.

P.O. Boxes: To guarantee secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
In-Store Pickup: Orders placed online are not eligible for in-store pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE US:
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Express, which includes FedEx 2-Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight. A signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all shipments.

Complimentary 2-Day shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods by Gold N Diamonds Tampa.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Address: We only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the confirmed PayPal address.

Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $39 applies to shipments within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.

Liability: Gold N Diamonds Tampa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and any claims must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Return & Re-shipment: If a shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. Should you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee and all incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the total paid.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US:
We ship internationally to most countries. For specific questions about international shipping, please contact us at info@goldndiamondstampa.com.

Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $99 applies to international shipments via FedEx Express.

Delivery Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for international delivery.

Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and other related fees. These costs are not included in our charges and are typically paid directly to your national government or postal service upon delivery.

Liability: Gold N Diamonds Tampa is not liable for delays caused by customs, address changes, or weather conditions.

Refused Shipments: Any costs incurred due to refused shipments, including high customs fees, duties, taxes, or other restrictions, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: International tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.

Return & Re-shipment: If your shipment is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. Should you choose not to have the order reshipped, a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
