Return/Refund Policy
Since 2002, we have built a trusted reputation in the Tampa Bay area, serving our clients with integrity and excellence. We believe in transparency, and we stand by every item we sell. We do not engage in business practices that would compromise our brand or the trust we’ve earned over the years.
Please note the following regarding returns:
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke and high-end nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final.
• Store Credit Only: In the rare event that an item is eligible for return, it will be for store credit only, subject to management approval.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made items are tailored specifically for each client and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
• Quality Assurance: Every piece sold by Gold N Diamonds Tampa undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you. We do not sell anything that would compromise our brand’s reputation or embarrass our name.
- Return & Re-shipment: If a shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. Should you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee and all incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the total paid.
