Please note the following regarding returns:

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the bespoke and high-end nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final.

• Store Credit Only: In the rare event that an item is eligible for return, it will be for store credit only, subject to management approval.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made items are tailored specifically for each client and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

• Quality Assurance: Every piece sold by Gold N Diamonds Tampa undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you. We do not sell anything that would compromise our brand’s reputation or embarrass our name.

• Return & Re-shipment: If a shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. Should you choose not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee and all incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the total paid.
