Gold N Diamonds Tampa is operated by K.A Customs LLC. References to “Gold N Diamonds Tampa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean K.A Customs LLC doing business as Gold N Diamonds Tampa.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.
CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to place an order, pay a deposit, or purchase merchandise through our website or showroom.
You are responsible for providing complete, current, and accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information.
FINE JEWELRY AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Fine jewelry is a considered purchase made from valuable materials. Customers should carefully review all specifications, dimensions, sizing, gold color, diamond details, pricing, photographs, videos, and written descriptions before approving a purchase.
We specialize in genuine fine jewelry, solid gold, natural diamonds, custom jewelry, Miami Cuban chains, and luxury watches. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, diamonds described by us as natural are natural diamonds.
Measurements, carat weights, gram weights, dimensions, and production times may be approximate when identified as such. Natural diamonds, gemstones, handmade pieces, and custom-finished jewelry may show reasonable variations in color, shape, texture, weight, or appearance. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and video may also affect how a product appears online.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information. If we discover a material description, pricing, availability, or typographical error before fulfillment, we may contact the customer for instructions, correct the error, or cancel the affected order and return the applicable payment.
PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Prices and inventory may change without notice because precious-metal markets, diamond markets, availability, and production costs change over time.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, verify, decline, or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, customs concerns, or other legitimate fulfillment issues.
If we cancel an accepted order before providing the merchandise or beginning authorized custom work, we will handle the customer’s payment as required by applicable law.
DEPOSITS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
All deposits are non-refundable once payment is received, except where a different result is required by law or when we are unable to fulfill the authorized order.
A deposit reserves our time, craftsmanship, production capacity, design work, and materials. By paying a deposit, the customer authorizes Gold N Diamonds Tampa to begin sourcing, designing, altering, manufacturing, or otherwise fulfilling the order.
Customers are responsible for confirming every approved detail, including names, spelling, initials, dates, measurements, sizing, gold color, diamond selection, stone placement, engraving, logos, artwork, and other personalized features.
Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may extend the completion date. Once production, sourcing, alteration, engraving, or other custom work begins, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to a different project.
Renderings, sketches, CAD images, molds, and digital previews are design aids. A finished handcrafted piece may contain reasonable production variations while remaining consistent with the approved design.
FINAL-SALE POLICY
All jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, personal preference, sizing decisions, buyer’s remorse, or circumstances arising after the purchase.
This policy applies to in-stock jewelry, limited-release pieces, online exclusives, altered merchandise, special orders, engraved merchandise, and custom jewelry, except where a different remedy is required by law.
Customers are responsible for making an informed decision before completing a purchase. Please ask questions, request available details, and confirm all selections before paying.
PRODUCT CONCERNS, DAMAGE, AND REPAIRS
Gold N Diamonds Tampa stands behind the authenticity and craftsmanship of the jewelry we sell. We have served Tampa Bay since 2003 and will make a good-faith effort to find a fair solution when a legitimate product concern occurs.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its written description, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photographs, and retain the product and all original packaging while we review the matter.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate solution may include inspection, adjustment, repair, correction, replacement, or another reasonable remedy.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, impact, loss of stones caused by damage, improper care, unauthorized work, and changes requested after purchase are not automatically covered without charge. Reasonable repair charges may apply. When practical, we will discuss applicable charges before completing paid repair work.
SELL OR TRADE OPTIONS
Although jewelry purchases are final sale, customers may ask us to evaluate eligible jewelry for a possible cash purchase or trade allowance toward another item.
A sell-or-trade evaluation is a separate transaction. It is not a refund, return, price guarantee, or reversal of the original purchase.
Any offer may consider current precious-metal and diamond markets, condition, material content, craftsmanship, resale demand, authenticity, documentation, and suitability for our inventory. The original retail price does not determine the item’s present cash or trade value.
Personalized and custom jewelry may have limited resale demand. We will nevertheless evaluate eligible pieces in good faith and may offer value based on their materials, diamonds, design, condition, and other relevant factors.
All cash and trade offers are made at our discretion. Customers are not obligated to accept an offer and may keep their jewelry if the proposed value does not meet their expectations. We may require valid identification, proof of ownership, and additional verification before completing a purchase or trade.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND SHOWROOM PICKUP
We ship throughout the United States and offer showroom pickup when available.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or confirmed before payment. High-value shipments may include insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation, and an adult or direct signature requirement.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, monitoring tracking, and being available to sign for the package when required. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, severe weather, security reviews, customs processing, supply interruptions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We may accept international orders to approved destinations. International customers are responsible for determining whether the merchandise may legally be imported into the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and other governmental or carrier-imposed costs. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may be delayed, held, or returned if the customer fails to provide required customs information or pay applicable fees. Refusing delivery or failing to complete customs clearance does not automatically cancel the purchase or create a right to a refund.
Additional storage, customs, return-shipping, or reshipment costs may be charged to the customer, subject to applicable law. We may decline an international order when secure, insured, and trackable delivery is unavailable or when legal, customs, fraud-prevention, or logistical concerns make fulfillment impractical.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND UNAVAILABLE MERCHANDISE
We will make shipment representations only when we reasonably expect to meet them. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated period, we will communicate with the customer and obtain consent to an appropriate delay or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
When a limited-release item sells out, any stated reproduction or production period is an estimate based on information available at that time.
PAYMENTS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Customers authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, shipping, and approved additional charges.
We may request identification, address verification, signature confirmation, or other reasonable information before accepting or shipping a high-value order. We may delay, decline, or cancel transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Payment processing services are provided by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
THIRD-PARTY FINANCING
Financing, lease-to-own services, and credit applications are provided by independent third parties. Approval decisions, payment schedules, interest, fees, ownership terms, and collection practices are determined by the applicable provider.
Gold N Diamonds Tampa does not guarantee approval and is not responsible for a third-party provider’s separate decisions or contractual terms. Customers should review the provider’s disclosures before agreeing.
WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, logos, product photographs, videos, designs, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to K.A Customs LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
References or links to Instagram, YouTube, financing providers, payment processors, carriers, or other third-party services do not mean that we control those platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided without a guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
Nothing on the website is a substitute for an in-person inspection, written appraisal, laboratory report, insurance valuation, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice unless we expressly provide a separate written service or document stating otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K.A Customs LLC and Gold N Diamonds Tampa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party services, carrier delays, customs actions, or a customer’s failure to follow these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern directly. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or a transaction with us shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when our services, policies, technology, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The version in effect at the time of a transaction generally applies to that transaction, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
